Default User Preferences

Is there a way where I can set all the default user prefereces to what I would like them to be for all new users?

e.g. I want all new users to Allow HTML, To not receive emails for all new posts

I'm not sure about the email, but the html by default when a forum is first created is disabled for all members in the Admin panel and in the members profiles. So when you later activate "allow" html the members that are already registered will still need to go to there profile pages and allow html in there settings under "preferences" because there settings is not affected by the change in the Admin panel. However, the new members that register after the html has been allowed in the Admin panel will already have html allowed in there profile settings, so they won't need to adjust anything in the settings to allow html.

So yes, what you set in the Admin panel for the html will be the default for all new members.
