OOPS-forgot to click my name when sent out inactive letter

Hello,
I sent out an inactive letter to all on forum, but forgot to take myself off the list.

As a Result, i am now labeled as inactive on my own forum and unable to log back in.

Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

Please feel free to contact me via PM on this matter as I need to repair this mistake quickly.

Hi give this a try
Go to this link and fill in the info

https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
once you are in the forum Utilities go to
Backup type : Messages and Users
pick a date before you had this problem.

This should reset all your users accounts

Hope this was of some help to you.

If this don't work you will need to pm one of the staff in this link and they will then help you some more

UGH, I seem to have forgotten my log in and pass. for this forum. I had to start this account so i could even ask the question and try to get some help. sigh, looks like this is a wash.

OMgosh! now i understand this message, duh!

actually, primary question is for the forum i started, my apologies for not being clear.

now, for this forum, i forgot my pass and had to start this account to get on and actually type here.

its kinda funky, all my life i have always had to get specialized assistance for troubles, lol. verizon, cable, etc.
Its just never covered by automated help. rofl
