Move scrolling announcement

I want to move the scrolling announcement at the top of the index to the bottom of the index page.

Use this tags...

Code:

If you look at the admin panel it has an announcement spot. how do i move where that appears on the index?

OH, I see what you mean. It is not an announcement.

Go to...

ACP>Display>Homepage>Generalities>Homepage message
