How do I move the menu a little further to the middle?

Edit: Fixed this :3 but how about the other one?



And another thing, how do I move this Announce so it doesn't stand over the fora?

try this in advanced mode :

ACP>>Display>>Structure and hierarchy>>Keep category in index then choose medium
