Are you speaking of the icon? For example, this forum is

ACP >> General >> Categories & Forums >> Edit the forum >> Then, you'll have the option: Images URL

I am not entirely certain, but I think what our friend is trying to say is that they don't want to change the background of the whole forum.

They just want it so that instead of colors, they can put an image in for the background of the category boxes.

So if you were to click on "Home" located to the top left of where we are now, it would take you to where all the categories are.

The first category is "About Forumotion" and in its box, it has "Rules & Important Points" and "Frequently Asked Questions"

Rather than having a lighter blue background for the box that contains these things (and maybe even rather than having the darker blue for the portion containing "About Forumotion," they would rather have a picture of some kind.

In this case, maybe a picture of a soldier holding a rifle in place of the light blue background.

These were not done in a forum, I made them using Photoshop, but I think they want to do something similar to turning this:

into something like this:

If it is possible.

I'm not sure what the original poster is using, but I would be curious as to how you would do something like this for phpBB2... assuming it is possible for that version and okay for you to answer that question for that version here.

Glad I could help some and now that people know you're using phpBB2 too, I am curious to see how this is possible as that is a really cool idea.

Thanks for asking this question. Smile
