Letting more then one person add members to a user group

Ok, so it seems you can not make more then one person the mod of a user group (Unless I am wrong).

So is there any work around for this? I feel there should be.

On our forum new members are added to a visitor group because they become full members. We'd like to give more then one person the ability to add people to this usergroup. Any way of doing that?

Only one member can be a group moderator.

As slg said and only administrators can. But, i dont think you'll want to make every (or one single member), an administrator(s).
