Post by AM99 on September 27th 2012, 6:38 pm

When they try to register,
page one they type username email etc
page two when they click confirm it auto refreshes and sends them to page one.

I had this issue too. There is a issue with Group Administration. There needs to be some sort of fix. Why would the system say when you have 10,000 member the min post is 1 instead of zero. So that means new members can't post or view threads if the default won't go back to 0 post.

OK
When you want to register on http://haxball-galaxy.forumotion.cc/register
you type in Username, password and email then the second page comes up.
After you fill that in and click confrim it auto refreshes and goes to page one

When I tried to register, the page that is for confirming refreshed before I could enter the information. Have you added or modified anything recently?

Hello,

There's a redirection to one of your sub-forums at the confirmation step.
What have you modified recently ?

Edit : The codes in your announcement are not good at all. Some tags aren't closed.
You need to review it, in the meantime I've deactivated the announcement so that new members are able to register.

Also, you should check the tags of your templates.

Thanks

Which tabs are you talking about ?

Have you done all your templates yourself ?
The only templates that was check was the overall_footer_end and it has been sent online again, despite of the errors it contained.

So I guess that you should review all your templates now Wink

Hello,

I'd like to add my report. This has also happened to me.
In my problem, members can complete the first page but when they get to the second page (where you have to write the security code and to check the password) they can't click on the button "Register".

They can just click on the button to reset the fields.
Thank you thumleft
