Cname problem

In personalized domain name i had my external purchased Domain name but when i tried to do something a few months back it disappeared now i can't get it to re-install have tried many many times but without success keep getting "The supplied domain name is not well configured
You have no CNAME redirecting to :"

but i have had people check cname and it is configured correctly in fact exactly the same has it was when the new domain name showed up any ideas what i can do

yes have tried all that but still no luck

like is said it did show with same settings but then i tried to do something which obviously shouldn't of and it cleared from personalized domain name

Please provide a screenshot of the Admin Panel of your registrar, I'll try to help you.

We aren't really able to bring you support for other registrar as we don't know their Admin Panel. Sad
All I can tell you is that the CNAME is obvioulsy not well configurate.

Maybe you should try to find some help with your registrar to have more info about the process Wink

Domain name was purchased from Daily.co.uk
OK will do
shame i didnt leave it alone as it was perfect until i started to mess on forumotion site admin panel

I will keep it open if someone else has also booked through your domain registrar. I believe you should take it up with them to configure it correctly.
