Im new to the site and I dont know if this is the right place to ask this but On my forums I have a reps and points on my forums and my question is Can you give out rep to someone else?
ex: user has 24 rep powers and wants to give a another user 24 power.

A another question is about the points. Can I make a store that has to deal with points?
ex: User has 200 points and wants to buy VIP that cost 200.
