Solved Fried Chicken Lady Dancing on my Forum!!!

Post by Flip on October 3rd 2012, 8:51 pm

I started a forum last DEC and haven't used it since JAN, but users have continued to use it since. I came back today to check on it out of curiousity, and found a huge GIF of a lady dancing and eating fried chicken on the header of my homepage! LOL

There's messages from users saying its been on there for months, just repeating over and over in a loop. I'm interested in using the forum again and want this monstrosity gone. How do I get rid of it?

LOL

Try: Admin Panel / Display / Headers & Navigation
then: and check every nav link if it has not this image in it.

It worked, Thanks!

I used to have a little image of the twitter logo in my header section, which was hosted by tinypic.com, and they must've changed my file somehow, so the dancing chicken lady became the image that was hosted instead, lol.

Thanks guys.

no. I thought it was some kind of ad though that was placed by forumotion. Turned out it was just a link gone bad, as mentioned above.

My members are going to e jumping for joy when they see it gone :wouhou: . idk how they put up with that for so long, lol.
