Solved Custon Profile Field Problem

I created a "Special Field" in the profiles section that I did not want to be modifiable by the user, I set it to not be possible to modify by the user. yet it seems that users are able to modify this in their profile and upon account creation anyway, this is a serious problem for my forum.

I know this may sound bad, but I entirely forgot where that is. I remember seeing it when I was looking through options to fix it earlier, but I can't seem to find it anymore.
