double/triple posting

how can i activate in my forum like here some thing that says to the members who double triple post do not double/triple post please read the rules?

I think you need to remind your members yourselves with a note or you could have the moderators of your forums do that for you.

I think that what Kirbs means is that he want to find a way for an automatic reminder for people who double or triple post.

In this case, he mentioned how people who double or triple post in this site get reminders from the staff members.

yes like meagainsttheworld said , but it seems there is no automatic so i took meagainsttheworld advice and posted it by my self
