Wiki on the Forums

Hello all! Korvic here, I know we can create HTML pages, however I am no coder. I was wondering if there would be a way to make a page designed like a wiki in which admins and moderators can post different information within it, and still have the graphics and such easy to change via the admin panel display section. Perhaps it could also use the images already on the forum, but that's just an idea. Either way it would be greatly appreciated. We (The group that I am with creating the forum) are working on a project that has lore (story//info that pertains to people) and need a place to display it, and thought it would look better as a wiki apposed to a bunch of forum posts in a section. Currently adding a wiki is not possible.

I thought you could add HTML pages? What I'm requesting is if that's possible, to have a HTML page designed like a Wiki, and possibly if someone could work on that for me. :3

Wait, Forum promotions section? Isn't that for like... promoting one's forum? I'm not looking for promotion, I'm looking for help with making das wiki. ._.
