Uploading An HTML File

Google wants me to upload their html verification file to my website (forumotion forum) to verify it as mine. Is there a tutorial on this?

It can't be done, you must select the "Meta tag" option and copy and paste the code to your forum.

Admin Control Panel >> Genreal >> Select Search Engine under Forum Promotion

Scroll down see "Additional tags" Click green color plus button.

Select "Create a Meta tag" form drop down >> Select >> Add that name and content attributes and click add button

You don't use the upload file option google makes available to you there. You have to use the meta tag option and let google generate a meta tag and and copy and paste it in the "Search engines" section of the forum. The content goes in one field and the name in another field.
