Need help with color problem

I keep getting white as the background on my header and the background on all my posts.
Can not find were you can change this in the color section. Im I using the color code? I am using #000000. I put this in all background color for all and it still shows up white for the header and background on my posts. Please help

I went on your forum and I don't see what you mean. Could you explain a little bit more and provide some screenshots of the areas you are talking about?

Behind the Top header picture should be black not white.
If you call up someones post the post background is white on my computor.
Could the problem be that I just upgraded to windows 7
I just went to my forum fromm my other computor and it looks ok. Why on the one with Windows 7 looks like it does. How to fix windows 7 problem
