Solved Position of the board.

Post by Sir Chivas™ on October 14th 2012, 7:30 pm

I'm trying to center the board to the center. But, it keeps moving to the left..

I'm using PunBB. Here's the URL: http://unknownforum.forumotion.com/

I'm using this code:
Code:
.pun {
   width: 70%;
   margin: 0 auto;
   padding: 5px;
-moz-border-radius: 10px;
-webkit-border-radius: 10px;
border: 2px solid #EDAC09;
margin-top: 80px;
margin-bottom: 20px;
background-color: #ffffff;
background-image: url(http://i35.servimg.com/u/f35/17/85/32/40/pictur10.png);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: right bottom;
position:absolute;
left: #px;

It's because you have it "absolute" positioned. Remove that and it will be centered.

Or since it is 70% in width, just make it's "left" property 15%. left: 15%

Take your pick.

Try adding that, see if it changes anything.
Code:
.pun{
margin-left:175px !important;
}

Thank you LG, I've learned something new today. Lol Thanks, but now one more small problem, how can place the Navbar more closer to the board? Since it's causing the browser to scroll to the sides..

In your CSS you'll see this somewhere:
Code:
#pun-navlinks ul
Underneath it you'll see a "left" and "top" property. Change the left property to something around 30px, and the top property to something like 100px. Up to you.

You'll have to do the same for this selector too:
Code:
.main-box ul
