Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

1) Display>Pics management
Advanced mode
Topic Icons tab

2) Shortcut widget, just add the links in that widget. Do you know how to make widgets?

You can use such a code.
Code:
<a href="http://hitskin.com" target="_blank">Link 1</a><br>
<a href="http://hitskin.com" target="_blank">Link 2</a><br>
<a href="http://hitskin.com" target="_blank">Link 3</a><br>
<a href="http://hitskin.com" target="_blank">Link 4</a>

Add it in the place where you make a personal widget. The tutorial i posted, explains how to make a widget.

I don't know what forums & things are you asking.

Instead of http://hitskin.com, Add the URL you want.

Its a profile field, just like the warning system.

Instead of the warning images, add the browser images.

<a href="http://hitskin.com" target="_blank">Link 1</a><br>
This line is what you add for each link.

The <br> makes the links line up correctly.
