website error message happening frequently

The following error message keeps appearing quite frequently - it comes and goes - but obviously will drive possible new members from our site if thats the first impression we make...

I have tried loading the site both with explorer and firefox browsers with the same results...

pls tell me how to fix this!

It hasn't actually happened to me but I have lots of members saying that it has happened to them and it is on accessing the forum?
