Chatbox and smileys won't load

Hi, i'd like to get some help for one of my forum member.
She uses google chrome, and she cannot see smileys and the chatbox. What can she do about it?
She tried clearing the browser, but it didn't solve the problem.
I'd be grateful for any idea.

Did she try on firefox? Can you send me her account details, so that i can check with my chrome?
