Background problem (for register-page)

Hi!

Im new at learning css and these kind of stuff. I have certianly messed this up myself at some time.

Well... If you wanna register at my site and hit "register" and follow the first step... the second step looks like this:

My background (the dark-gray one, not the light gray floral one) is "stuck" under the userlinks/meny... it should be on every page from banner to footer. like the look at every other page!

Do anyone know how i can fix this?

I did, but sadly it didnt fix the problem at all. Is there another way too fix this?
