Animation following cursor

hello everyone!
i want to ask you guys, as i see in someone wordpress, there is a snowflake raining down from your cursors (whatever your cursors do, like moving, clicking). so can you guys help me with doing this? i think i never find someone asking for this. if someone have, please correct me.

You will need to Google the code for the animation you want. When you get the code for it, then you can add it to your forum.
