Solved pics to big

first of all if this is in the wrong section sorry

i have this problem that when i upload pics to my forum that they cover the full screan
and i have sean here on the forum that they are small when posting a pic whit the option to see them in bigger size
how do i do this on my forum thanks

ACP -> General -> Messages and e-mails -> Configuration -> Images resize :

Put that whatever you like.
Example:
Width : 400
Height : 400
