Hi i am trying to make a logo that has a burning text above the pic i have if anyone can help me i would appreciate it thx in advance.

This is the pic i want the burning text above Logo Help Deadmanshand3375x375

And this is the text i want to be shown with the pic Logo Help Cooltext807475638

So basically i want 1 image/pic with both of those in it with the burning text above the Skeleton pic and i want the text still to be burning above and not static
