Solved Modules over lapping modules

I could sure use some help with this,, it has me stumped...

My portal has always worked just fine and then all of a sudden one day It has modules over lapping modules..

Please check out my forum portal and let me know what might have happened and how to fix the problem..

No I have not, It seems that the modules with iframe scripts are the modules that are over lapping.. Question

I don't see the modules overlapped nor out of place, try clearing cache:

Or other browsers as well.
