forgot password/email but BUG! ( a must help topic)

please help me with this if you can... but a while a go i was JUST on my forum, then i decided to make a new windows user for my pc, so i deleted the old one... so now i can't seem to log in... i used one of those 10minutemails to register for my forum, i was going to change it today but i can't if i can't log in and i don't know my email... but i think my password is bugged... because it says im inactive/forgot username or something like that...
THe WORST part: im the founder/owner/admin of my own forum... i can't log in...

anyone can help???
