I see, alright well here is the following codes for it.

Create a new JS: Title: Gradient Placement: In topics

JavaScript Code:
Code:
$(function() {
$('.st-rang').closest('.post').addClass('st-answer');
});

Add this in your CSS
Code:
.post.online.st-answer {
    background: url("http://i48.servimg.com/u/f48/17/48/49/15/photo10.png") repeat-y scroll left top, url("http://illiweb.com/fa/prosilver/icon_user_online_en.png") no-repeat scroll right top #E5F1F9;
    }
    .post.st-answer {
    background: url("http://i48.servimg.com/u/f48/17/48/49/15/photo10.png") repeat-y scroll left top #E5F1F9;
}

Then create a rank for the Staff Team. (ACP >> Users & Groups >> Rank Administration)

Rank Title:
Code:
<span class="st-rang">Administrator</span>

Note: Make sure that every rank you create, you add the <span> tag.

Can you provide the URL of the forum, and also you'll have to add the image underneath, were it says rank title.
