I see, alright well here is the following codes for it.
Create a new JS: Title: Gradient Placement: In topics

Add this in your CSS
Then create a rank for the Staff Team. (ACP >> Users & Groups >> Rank Administration)

Note: Make sure that every rank you create, you add the <span> tag.
