poll won't let me edit it

Your using opera?

I tested it with opera on a test forum of mine and can see it fine?
try using a different browser and see if it appears the same way.

Also do you have a forum set up with poll options and at least one poll posted?

because all you will do is chose what board the polls are on you want to show.
But wont be able to show if you dont have any posted or any forum permissions set to allow polls

at my new forum no one did and at the other ones i did and no problem faced me just how can i check that polls are on?

This widget only works if you have polls on your forum.
If you can't chose the polls that you want to put in, that simply means that you don't have any poll on your forum.

As admin of your forum, you're supposed to know if someone has created a poll on the forum or not.
If you don't, then check the topics of your forum.

to make a poll at my forum but when i wanna make one it won't let me write inside it anything or edit it how can i fix that?

This widget is here to manage existing polls only.

i had to make a new topic with a poll in it so i can put a poll is there a way that i can just make a poll without that topic?

You should create a topic for it, you can't make it manually on a widget.
