You make the link active and choose the colour and click on it. But it doesn't work anymore. It started a while ago. I didn't change anything on my forum.

As I said I haven't changed anything. It's just impossible to change the colour of links for some reason. It was fine about two weeks ago.

If you want to make links with color ,find in your CSS this

Code:
a:link
{
text-decoration: none;
}

And replace with this :

Code:
a:link
{
text-decoration: none;
color: #000000
}

Hi,

I'm afraid that her BBcode is turned off. To make sure: (ACP >> General >> Messages & E-mails >> Configuration: Look for, Allow BBCode)

Also, you can use HTML coding, (First check if HTML is allowed, same method as above^)
If you can use HTML then, use the following code:
Code:
<font color=#hexcolor><a href='Link'>TITLE OF LINK/Can be left blank</a></font>

Hope this helps.

No, the BBcode thing is on so it cannot be it.

And the code Sir Chivas™ provided didn't work. You cannot change the colour with it. At least not on my forum.

okay, I have a test announcement on my forum. I cannot match the colour of the link with the text colour. Before, I could do it, not anymore.
And it's the same with signatures.

Exactly the color of links on a forum should all be the same color. How did you change the color before now?

Why is it so complicated now? What happened to the easy way where you just make the text active and click on those font/colour/etc buttons?

I think it works in the announcement.
First, we need to color the text. Then hit the http://awesomescreenshot.com/026m4pw00
Then add the url & hit enter. Then Save.
The color is added to the link then.

Here's how I do announcements:
1) Write text
2) Make it active
3) Choose font and colour
4) Make one part of the text a link
It changes the colour of the text - the link part - so I have to make the link active again and click on the colour. Before, it changed the colour of the link but it doesn't anymore.
