is this in this forum or in a forum site you host where you are admin?

Because if you are admin in a site you can change these things in the design section, in the admin area.

Hi,

As for the change of quote color this would do::

Code:
.postmain blockquote {
    background: red !important;
}

Change the red to suite your wishes. Add it to AP > Display > Colors > CSS

For the navbar separators leave your forums URL please.

Hi can you provide a link to your site?

You should not have to change anything in your templates this can almost all be done from CSS .

For the avatars put this in your CSS

AP > Display > Colors > CSS

Code:

.pun fieldset, .pun img {
Display: none !Important;
}

For changing the quote color use the code Nera supplied and change the color to what you want

Code:

.postmain blockquote {
    background-color: red !Important;
}

The line is possible you could add it as an image, I will get back to you on this when I have more time.
