That's the portal... and they're all widgets...

The other once are the announcement code and you might wanna use the accordion code.

they have the portal set as their home page.

Admin panel>Display>Home page>Generalities

set home page as portal click save.

NOTE

you may want to set up your portal how you want it first before displaying as home page
