Solved How to make a usergroup striked

Basically, how would I make a usergroup have a striked appearance on it?

Example:

Like this:

How to make a usergroup striked IlpVb

And also, would it result in the users inside the group to have their name striked? If not, I could use some help on that too.

I use PHPbb2.
