about thanks button to hide a topic

hi i am new here so i dont know if i put the topic in the right sector Sad

so i want to know if i can to create thanks button that will hide everything untill the member click thanks. My forum is this

The easiest way I can think of is creating an HTML page with the Thanks button so that the members could click it and then have them redirected to the topic page.

No, by really creating your own HTML page. And then after that, you have to make sure each forum will redirect to that HTML page you directed so when the Thanks HTML page you created is there, it'll redirect to the topic which was posted.

Also, the hard part is is that your HTML isn't just one, but many... depending on the number of forums and categories you have...

Edit: Please avoid double/triple posting unless 24 hours passed.

Another thing, I'm not greek or whatever language that is so I can't read it ...

And yeah, the one above is what supposed to be done.

Eh... well, I haven't actually dealt with this problem myself, but you can however use this: http://w3schools.com/ as your guide and then you can ask another forumotion member's help for the right ID for redirection SINCE I'm not sure what'll be your I.D. and have no ability to know it.

I'll give this topic to others to handle now and yeah, I've seen how this thing worked (Since I see this in DC, the forum I'm working for so yeah), it's just that I can't actually guide someone to a long task even though I can help members through posting. But if you're talking about making work with many things to do, I'm afraid I can't do it nor will I do it, so sorry.

You can of course use HIDE tags, to hide content until a member replies to a topic. Its a similar thing, instead of pressing thanks though, they have to reply.
