Solved How to make a popup chatbox

So, ive had this popup chat box on my old forum. but i forget how i got it.
It was in the corner and you could click on it and it slides on out and you have a on the go chatbox.
Someone remember how to do this?

Okay, Sig that is what im looking for but i've done all of those steps correctly over and over again. It did not work. Sad So could i get some help?
