User signatures option

I have a little problem.
New users in my forum are not allowed to have signatures in their first 7 days ot registration. How can I cange it? I did the setting in ACP >> Users and Groups >> Users Options [Allowed signatures - All Members]. I've done this but new members still can't have sigs.

Try going to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Security (on the left, under Forum)
4. Select 'Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No'

See if that works.

Administration Panel>General> Configuration

Display to guests, signatures from : Click on All then save
