Christmas/Winter warning bars

Creation Type: Warning bar
Size (In Pixels): Normal warning bar size
Primary Colors: Can the the background of the warning bars (all) be light blue(winter bluish light)
Secondary Colors:
NOT THE BACKGROUNDS!
First warning bar - green
second- yellow
third- orange
-fifth red
-sixth Grey

Images to include: Put SMALL Snowflakes or anything winterish or christmasy.
Text to Insert : The only text to put on is the sixth grey one. Make it say BANNED
Font (Provide Download Link): Any winter font that members can see clearly
Font Color: Black
