In progress Member says Firefox and IE freeze on my site after 15 minutes

Post by O.Fan on December 5th 2012, 4:14 am

The member says Firefox and IE freeze after 15 minutes of activity. And she ran my website through an online service that detects bugs..

the results are here: http://try.powermapper.com/Reports/cdeb4bb0-1f52-448c-8abd-9789a91f99c6/report/map.htm

I don't have any problem and use Firefox. She mentioned her Firefox is not compatible with her Anti-Virus and doesn't feel like redoing the whole firewall thing.

So maybe that's part of the issue.

But can I trust these online tools? And if I fixed things, would they normally allow the member to use the forums normally? She's been a member for 5 years and this seems to be a recent issue.

Any other idea?

Thanks

Ask her to get a updated version of Firefox, see if the problem persists.
