Solved Floating Menu

Post by Kaizer Lee on December 5th 2012, 8:53 pm

Well, I've been wanting to create a modified HTML page for sometime with CSS on it and skin too.

I need help on how to put the menu/nav bar when highlighting it, the words would come OVER the iframe, not under as seen in this screen shot.

These are the CSS codes I used for it:

Code:
body {
   background-color: #000000;
   background-image: url("kindergarten.png");

   }

#navbar
{
   margin: 0;
   padding: 0;
   height: 1em;
        position: absolute;
        left:210px;

  }

#navbar li {
  list-style: none;
  float: left;
  }

#navbar li a {
   display: block;
   padding: 3px 8px;
   background-color: #993333;
   color: #ffffff;
   text-decoration: none;

/*   border:3px solid #ffffff;  */

  }

#navbar li ul {
  display: none;
  width: 10em;
  background-color: #993333;
  color:white;
  }

#navbar li:hover ul {
    display: block;
   position: absolute;
   margin: 0;
   padding: 0; }

#navbar li:hover li {
   float: none; }

#navbar li:hover li a {
   background-color: #993333;
   border-bottom: 1px solid #fff;
   color: #ffffff; }

#navbar li a:hover {
   background-color: #993333; z-index:1; }

iframe {
 position: relative;
 left:300px;
 top:50px;

}

How do I do that again? I forgot so can someone please remind me ._."

Thanks in advance.
