How to Modify the Default Forum Rules?

After searching high and low, I now ask here: I would like to be able to replace the default rules with rules of my own. So far All I have been able to do is add my rules underneath the default ones, but this is unsatisfactory to me. Is there a way to accomplish this task? Thanks.

The default rules must not be changed, as they are forumotion rules which need to be followed.

Thanks for the quick reply. Respectfully, any chance that they can be revised and re-written a little more coherently and with proper grammar? That is really my big issue. I would be more than happy to provide an updated English version of them if you would be so indulgent as to accept it.

You could provide with the grammatical mistakes/rectifications. I cannot guarantee its 100% implementation, though i will forward it to the concerned person.
