New Topic/New Reply don't work HELP !! with suggestions

Hi guys I have problem with new topic creation I made a few "General configuration updated" but don't know if this is the problem, so I press "New Topic" or "New Reply" icon and I see this:

also when I try to edit or fast reply I see the same screen

Install a phpbb3 skin from hitskin.com
If after installing, still you cannot post. Can you send me via PM a test member account on your forum?

I can with phbb3, but before a day or two I could post with phbb

Whats phbb?
The only 4 versions available are.
Phpbb3, PunBB, Phpbb2 & Invision.

You must have modified the templates or added some codes, due to which the problem occurred.

Just delete the templates that you modified, see if it works.

Okay, then just install another skin. That skin might have some code that causes this.

but I didnt got problems with that skin before
another skin with punbb dont work as well
as I said I try a few General configuration updated ptions maybe they cause the problem
so I need help someone to help me checking options/templates

I'm not all that of a tech wizard, so..there's probably not much I can do to help? Besides, the problem may be solved, now.

After using the test account you send by pm, I located the issue. The posting_body template had been modified. When I changed it back to the default one, I could post and reply to posts.
