need instructions on icons

looking for a tutor on how to change icons for my catagory writers

the icons we got are nice
we are just looking for a step by step instructions on how to change the icons
if anyone kknow where to find a page where that shows a how to

or can explain simple step by step instruction on how to do this ...

What do you mean by category writers?

yes we have a catagory called writers
for poems

but we are wanting the icon to look like this>>

There is not an option to change the forum icons (New Post, Old Post, and Lock Post) for just one category. The option will change all of them.

Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management

ok i went there ,but how do i attached to my catagory where i want it to be ?
i have don't know how to take off the old icon and replace the one i want

Maybe we are talking about two different things. Are you talking about the New Post, Old Post, and Lock Post buttons?

ok the little icons beside the threads /is what i am talking about
