Member says Firefox and IE freeze on my site after 15 minutes

The member says Firefox and IE freeze after 15 minutes of activity. And she ran my website through an online service that detects bugs..

I don't have any problem and use Firefox. She mentioned her Firefox is not compatible with her Anti-Virus and doesn't feel like redoing the whole firewall thing.

So maybe that's part of the issue.

But can I trust these online tools? And if I fixed things, would they normally allow the member to use the forums normally? She's been a member for 5 years and this seems to be a recent issue.

Any other idea?

Ask her to get a updated version of Firefox, see if the problem persists.
