Founder's email address

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.

The founder of our forum hasn't been online since 2009 and the email address used to create the forum doesn't exist anymore. The founder does have an active admin account on the forum.

Is it possible to change the email address for the founder account?

The founder can log into the Utilities and change his/hers email address - https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ . On the forum he/she should be able to change it in the administration panel.

The admin tried to log into the site but she couldn't remember the password. She asked for a new password by email but when she tried to access her email to get the new password, she was told that the email address didn't exist anymore.

So she can't get into the forum to change anything because she doesn't have the new password.

Just add it in this format with spaces. For this forum.

Hello,

I am the founder and Creator of the site listed above and I am the one who can't get into my Admin Controls and Tools and I spend most of my time posting and working the site as *Starstruck* and not signed in with admin.

I have tried to remember the password but couldn't and when I requested a new Password it was sent to the email listed in the profile that is when we found out that it was not a valid email anymore.

I was told by my admin above Divoted someone wanted to talk to me..

Laura, did Divoted tell you that the creation email is changed now?? The password was sent to that email address? Please PM me if you need any clarification.

Yes she did tell me but when she went to the new email addy the New stuff from you never arrived it looks like it went to the old one..
