Images to include: Something fantasy-anime related, maybe someone posing doing magic or something? You can see what I'm talking about on my forum.

I haven't ever done mouseover animations but I'll look into it, I might not be able to do it though. I'll get started on the banner.

If you want to your banner ,if anyone put the cursor of mouse need to use hover ,but at his version i can't if i don't edit overall_header =D

I'll use yours.. animation doesn't really matter. But can you make it brighter colors? It looks really dark and spooky O.O

How's this? I can make it brighter if you want but it might look a bit messy. And if it's too bright I can darken it again.
