Help for forum line color and row line color

I changed the forum line color and the row line color but they're not showing up... What should I do?

Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

If changing them did not work, you will need to change them in your CSS.
