Just one person as a moderator for a topic.
Is there a way to make only one person a moderator of a certain forum instead of the whole group without making
more then one group

Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Users > Search Users
Click the username of the member who you want to moderate a forum. When the next page loads, press the permissions tab. Check the box that says Moderate In for the forum you want a certain member to moderate.
