Update Domain Registration Information

I have inherited a Forumotion forum with a domain name purchased through Forumotion. I would like to update the domain registration information to reflect the new ownership.

How do I do this? I cannot seem to find this option in the Admin Control Panel. All I could find was an option to force the redirection of the forumotion.com URL to the domain name.

You need to provide me by PM :

- The domain name
- The current owner information
- The new owner information.

If you don't know the current information, you have to contact the old founder of the forum because that's the only condition to make the change.

I have the necessary information to access the founder tools. In fact I have already used those tools to change the founder password and email address.

However, I do not have access to the current domain registration information. The former owner told me that they made up the information to keep their privacy. I thought that was a stupid thing to do, but there is nothing I can do about it now.

If you want the founder email address that I just reset, I will send you a PM with that information, along with the domain name and the information I want changed in the domain name registration. Otherwise, please let me know what else I can provide that will allow you to change this information.
