How to add Donate Buttom? how to add a picture with a link??

i have paypal and im trying to find out how to add a donate buttom with a link!

when im making topic i really wanna add a picture with a link on it.
i have tried putting links on font's but that don't work

how do i make it work?

And how do i change link on calender or FAQ??

i have add a picture with image insert (IMG) but i want the picture to be a link to so i used (Url) to the link i want people to go to but i just saw a picture and a link

ACP>MISC > Donations > Yes
Then is will display on a link on the footer
