Solved Weird name problem

Post by KingOfSpades on January 2nd 2013, 6:48 pm

When ever I get on my forums there is a name that goes

L
i
k
e

t
h
i
s

And it happens to just that user. I think it may be something with the rainbow. sparkles in their name.

NM. it was this one.

function color_from_hue(a){var b=a/60;a=255*(1-Math.abs(b%2-1));b=Math.floor(b);return 0==b?rgb_to_hex(255,a,0):1==b?rgb_to_hex(a,255,0):2==b?rgb_to_hex(0,255,a):3==b?rgb_to_hex(0,a,255):4==b?rgb_to_hex(a,0,255):rgb_to_hex(255,0,a)}function rgb_to_hex(a,b,c){for(a=(a<<16|b<<8|c).toString(16);6>a.length;)a="0"+a;return"#"+a}

Hmm... Now I can`t make Nanoad`s name sparkly. I used this code
Code:
a[href="/g387-forumotion-administrators"] {
    background: url("http://i45.servimg.com/u/f45/15/95/60/34/glitte10.gif");
}
for CSS, but it won`t work.

Rideem3 wrote:The text becomes a rainbow. If you're using a webkit browser (Chrome or Safari) it uses basic CSS to transform the text into a rainbow.

If your using another browser that's not webkit (Firefox, IE, Opera) it uses basic JavaScript and jQuery to color each text node.

It's simple. Smile

Why would you use that for a username? That changes the a tag with a link of /g387-forumotion-administrators. Not a username.

For the username it would look like:
Code:
a[href="/u2"] {
    background: url("http://i45.servimg.com/u/f45/15/95/60/34/glitte10.gif");
}

Thanks. I just realized that when I changes it to /u2 i added -nanoad, instead of leaving it blank.
