Forum Not Loading Properly

I am not the one who is experiencing the problem, however a moderator of my website has reported to me that my website is not appearing properly on her computer. She says that she has accessed the site from her phone and it appeared normal, but access from the computer is a different story.

This problem has only been reported to me by one user.

So basically the moderator see through the forum and see the background image?

Yes, that's what's been happening.

What browser is she using?

I used firefox & it appears fine to me.
Ask her to clear her cache.

I think clearing the cache worked.
