How do I remove the ad below the announcement slider on my forum home page, and ad my own ad there? scratch

Ok where do I go in admin panel to payand have it removed, and then where do I go to ad my own?

Administration Panel > Misc. > Credits Management

Well yes and no...
I have used credits to have the ad removed and indeed it is gone. but I still do not have a clue where to go in the admin panel so that I may add my own advert in that same spot..

You have to use something like Google adsense or similar I believe.

So can I go into like Templates->General->Index Body and insert my code somewhere specifically inbetween the body tags?
